This is the finest organization I have ever dealt with. I found them through the people at Generac when I inquired about installing a whole house standby generator. I was given several names of installers but it was clear from the first encounter that Danley stood for excellence. Dave Lavorata came out to introduce us to Danely and their generator installation services. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough and very pleasant; just an all around great guy. The location where our generator needed to be installed presented some challenges but Dave found a solution for what otherwise might have created an issue with inspections and approvals. He instilled confidence and it was immediately clear to us that Danley was the contractor we wanted to deal with. Next, the folks in their office handled absolutely everything for us. They took care of all permitting, complete with pictures, diagrams, specs etc. and even made the application to our HOA board for approval to proceed with the installation. Everything about their service was seamless. We passed all township inspections without incident. They even contacted our gas company and set up the work order to evaluate our gas meter and have a new one installed at no charge. Last and certainly not least were the men who installed the generator who did so without any inconvenience to us. And special thanks to Ernie, tech and set up support, who came out to get us online. Ernie was not only very competent but also persistent because as it turns out , our WIFI router was too far from our unit. Ernie spent over an hour out in the cold and rain to overcome the obstacle and get us set up for Generac's Mobil Link service. He was very patient, kind, respectful and pleasant despite the challenges he faced. I wish I could give Danley 10 stars. I highly recommend them and am so grateful to have found them.Load more
